1. Who We Are

RAP Impuls is a company incorporated under the laws of the Principality of Andorra, operating the platform located at therealthrone.com (the "Platform"). References to "THRONE", "we", "us" or "our" refer to RAP Impuls.

2. Nature of the Service

THRONE is a digital platform that sells two products simultaneously upon each payment:

• Dynamic Digital Advertising Space: Visibility on the Platform for the duration of your reign. Your name, photo, URL, and social media links are displayed to all visitors while you hold a throne position.
• Commemorative Digital Certificate: A permanent, non-transferable digital certificate issued to your email address at the time of payment, recording your participation, the amount paid, and the date. This certificate is permanent regardless of whether you retain the throne position.

THRONE is not a gambling service, lottery, raffle, or game of chance. The outcome of each transaction is entirely deterministic — the position is held by the person who has paid the most. There is no element of chance involved. There are no monetary prizes.

3. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts in your jurisdiction.
• By making a payment, you confirm that your use of the Platform is lawful in your country of residence.
• Residents of jurisdictions where this type of service is prohibited are not permitted to use the Platform. It is your sole responsibility to verify the legality of this service in your jurisdiction.

4. Payments

• All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD).
• Payments are processed by our payment partners. By making a payment, you also agree to the terms of the applicable payment processor.
• RAP Impuls reserves the right to modify pricing structures at any time without prior notice.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any transaction at our sole discretion.

5. No Refunds — Absolute Policy

6. Throne Positions

• A throne position is held by the user who has paid the highest single amount (Global Throne) or the highest individual contribution to a nation's war chest (Battle of Nations).
• Throne positions can change at any time if another user pays a higher amount.
• Losing a throne position does not entitle you to any refund or compensation.
• RAP Impuls does not guarantee the duration of any throne position.
• Your commemorative certificate remains valid and permanent regardless of whether you hold the throne position.

7. User Content

• You are solely responsible for any content you submit, including your name, photo, URL, social media handles, and proclamation text.
• You must not submit content that is illegal, offensive, defamatory, infringing of third-party rights, or otherwise inappropriate.
• RAP Impuls reserves the right to remove or modify any user content at any time without prior notice and without compensation.
• By submitting content, you grant RAP Impuls a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display such content on the Platform.
• You confirm that you own or have the right to use all content you submit, including any photographs.

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property on the Platform — including the THRONE brand, design, code, and content — belongs exclusively to RAP Impuls. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to use our intellectual property.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RAP Impuls shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid in the transaction giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform.

10. Prohibited Use

• Attempting to manipulate or circumvent the Platform's systems.
• Using automated scripts or bots to interact with the Platform.
• Impersonating any person or entity.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Submitting fraudulent payment information.

11. Modifications

RAP Impuls reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Principality of Andorra. Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Principality of Andorra.

• Name or alias — displayed publicly on the Platform as part of your throne profile.
• Photo or avatar — displayed publicly on the Platform if provided.
• URL and social media handles — displayed publicly on the Platform if provided.
• Proclamation text — displayed publicly on the Platform if provided.
• Payment information — processed directly by our payment partners. We do not store card numbers or sensitive payment data.

Data collected automatically

• IP address and approximate geographic location (country level).
• Browser type and device information.
• Pages visited and time spent on the Platform.

3. Legal Basis for Processing

• Contract performance: processing your payment and delivering the service.
• Legitimate interest: security, fraud prevention, and Platform operation.
• Consent: for any optional communications beyond transactional emails.

4. How We Use Your Data

• To process your payment and deliver the digital advertising space and commemorative certificate.
• To send you your certificate by email.
• To notify you if your throne position has been claimed by another user.
• To display your public profile on the Platform (name, photo, URL, socials, proclamation).
• To prevent fraud and ensure Platform security.
• To comply with our legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising purposes unrelated to THRONE.

5. Data Sharing

We share your data only with the following third parties and only to the extent necessary:

• Payment processors (Paddle, NOWPayments) — to process your payment.
• Email service providers — to deliver your certificate and notifications.
• Hosting providers — to operate the Platform infrastructure.
• Legal authorities — when required by law.

6. International Transfers

Some of our service providers may be located outside Andorra or the EEA. In such cases, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place in accordance with the LQPD and applicable data protection standards.

7. Data Retention

• Email addresses: retained for the duration of the service plus 3 years for legal compliance purposes.
• Public profile data (name, photo, socials): retained permanently as part of the historical record of the Platform, unless you request deletion (subject to legitimate interest grounds).
• Payment records: retained for 7 years in accordance with Andorran accounting and tax law.

8. Your Rights

Under the LQPD (Llei 29/2021), you have the following rights:

• Right of access — request a copy of your personal data.
• Right of rectification — correct inaccurate data.
• Right of erasure — request deletion of your data, subject to legal retention obligations.
